What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?
Starter (€49/mo) covers up to 10 properties with the guest portal, digital guidebooks, online check-in, review collection, and rebooking invites. Growth (€149/mo) unlocks the in-stay upsell marketplace, SMS messaging (20k/mo), owner statements, custom branding, and priority support — up to 50 properties. Scale (€399/mo) adds API access, unlimited staff seats, a dedicated account manager, and an SLA — unlimited properties.
Do I need to talk to sales to see pricing?

If I cancel and re-subscribe later, do I keep my legacy price?
No. Re-subscriptions use current pricing (€49 / €149 / €399). Your legacy price applies only while your subscription is continuous.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Go to /admin/owner/billing and switch tier. Downgrading from a paid tier to Free disables paid features at the end of your current billing period — your property and data stay intact.
